Maybe what we didn\u2019t know until \u201ctoday\u201d is how our inner universe has been triggered and transformed.<strong>hat stands in the middle of an extreme challenging times and the feeling that we easily call anxiety?<\/strong><\/p><h2 id=\"ember1272\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">Is The Frustration, an emotion that most of the time is screamed or repressed, always afraid to dig in, as \u201cmaybe will just pass\u201d.<\/h2><p id=\"ember1273\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">All the obstacles, setbacks and difficult situations are attracting us into a new game where the brain sets up for more ways to control. What we miss most of the times is searching for meaning, searching for our own failures in building the road of achievement. <strong>Was it time, was is the lack of resources, were there people standing in our way?<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"ember1274\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">What we see is low energy, low engagement, low productivity\u2026 So, what we add on top is personal dissatisfaction, a \u201ccherry\u201d well hidden. The today\u2019s world reveals more of our deeper Vulnerability, fear of the Unknown, limits of Capability and need for Adaptability.<\/p><p id=\"ember1275\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We are turning into an ongoing process of vigilance, where our mind stays tuned even if our eyes are literally closing for rest. We need to learn how to make peace with our minds, our priorities, and our life values that nurture personal growth.<\/p><p id=\"ember1276\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We are more and more afraid to share our part of the truth, fussing around the positive messages shooting down any doubts we might have about the path humanity have taken.<\/p><h3 id=\"ember1277\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Is all this a bad thing? Not really! It is a tremendous pain towards a tremendous Change. Still, frustration comes from misleading expectations, too many, too often.<\/h3><p id=\"ember1278\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">How much of what we say we really share is authentic, honest and kind? Is it meaningful or just contextual?<\/p><p id=\"ember1279\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">To some extent being frustrated really is a choice. We can allow frustrating circumstances to get the better of us or we can choose to get the better of those same circumstances.<\/p><p id=\"ember1280\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">How we express our truth in a way to accept that we need to do something and not to wait for the other person to do that thing we should take responsibility for. Trying to learn how to be authentic and honest with yourself by searching for answers on:<\/p><p id=\"ember1281\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">What is my long-term goal?<\/p><p id=\"ember1282\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">What pain I am trying to avoid in this process?<\/p><p id=\"ember1283\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">What changes my thinking and behaviors so I need to make in this process?<\/p><h3 id=\"ember1284\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">\u201eMoving past from what feels \u201ehard\u201d\/\u201ceasy\u201d or right for me, to seeing \u201cwhat is true\u201d for others; opening up to new perspectives, new possibilities, new identities.<\/h3><p id=\"ember1285\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">So, the unfolding question is: How can I be truly authentic to my better self? How do I write the next chapters in my life \u2013 as an unfolding adventure? How do I bridge authenticity and adaptability with finesse and sincerity?\u201d <a id=\"ember1286\" class=\"ember-view\" tabindex=\"0\"
