The Trust mechanism needs proofs, factual meaning on personal inventory of own experiences. Hope needs curiosity and motivation in search for new beginnings and different endings.<\/p><p id=\"ember1588\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>\u201cI DO trust myself, but I DO NOT trust the Others.\u201d Am I too Controlling?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1589\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>\u201cI DO NOT trust Myself, but I trust the Others\u201d. Am I Giving away my power?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1590\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>\u201cI DO NOT trust Myself nor the Others\u201d. Do I stand for a Meaning?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1591\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>\u201cI DO trust Myself and the Others.\u201d <\/em><strong><em>I trust the Experience!<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p id=\"ember1592\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"ember1593\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Once we explore and we find a higher meaning on Being, we are healing wounds, we are shifting perceptions and expectations. We are transforming \u201cnot enough and too much\u201d into limitations and opportunities, consolidating essential knowledge how we go forward.<\/p><p id=\"ember1594\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>So being said, it is not an easy game \u2026<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"ember1595\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>How do we consolidate ways to trust ourselves and others? <\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1596\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>How do we accept and welcome situations and challenges? <\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1597\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>How do we not let our hopes be altered by pain, frustration or egocentric views? <\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1598\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>Do we know what our Needs are and how to articulate them in a peaceful way?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1599\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>Do we know where our fears are coming from or how far we \u201einternalize\u2018 our hopes?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1600\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>What are our views on life or people\u2026 Feels boring while talking about forgiveness, gratitude and compassion?<\/em><\/p><h3 id=\"ember1601\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">We Hope because we Trust \/\/ We Trust because we Hope<\/h3><p id=\"ember1602\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Without our active participation on life itself, there are less guarantees from the future and less chances from the past to Repeat Experiences.<\/p><p id=\"ember1603\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>\u201eOf course you hurt me but it was just because my wound was open, and maybe we both didn\u2019t know about it. Nevertheless it is my responsibility to address my wounds and regain trust.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember1604\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We are setting a personal time relationship in nurturing trust and hope. Depending on what we are holding on to, Pain and Effort will become meaningful, putting Self \u2018Transformation at the center of decision making.<\/p><p id=\"ember1605\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">When we create space to trace back impact and experiences, we create ways to redesign the future and consolidate the present feeling. Reviewing into meaningful experiences will generate trustworthy hopes.<\/p><p id=\"ember1606\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Explore who you are today. There is so much value in relating <em>\u201cI am alright and I will be alright. Hopefully I will be a bit different\u201d<\/em>.Give it time and space, create a moment to question, to attract, to interfere and to mirror.<\/p><p id=\"ember1607\" class=\"ember-view
