difficile, apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9action inattendue ou lorsque nous r\u00e9alisons que ce qui est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre est diff\u00e9rent de ce que nous pensions avoir transmis.<\/p><p id=\"ember60\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Nous aimons croire que les gens entendent ce que nous voulons dire ou nous satisfaisons en ce que nous avons transmis le message \u201c subtil \u201d sous une forme neutre, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame parfois avec une note positive.<\/p><h3 id=\"ember61\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les gens entendent aussi ce que nous ne disons pas.<\/h3><p id=\"ember62\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Je peux entendre la tension. Je peux entendre l\u2019h\u00e9sitation. Je peux entendre la d\u00e9fense. Je peux entendre le jugement. Je peux entendre la peur. Parfois, m\u00eame plus clairement que les paroles elles-m\u00eames.<\/p><p id=\"ember63\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Le langage est une chose curieuse et complexe. Nous l\u2019utilisons pour communiquer avec les autres, mais sans le savoir, comment il nous cadre nous-m\u00eames\u2026 dans la mani\u00e8re dont nous traitons le conflit, la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, la puissance, l\u2019\u00e9jection\u2026 dans une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 concr\u00e8te de se justifier ou d\u2019\u00eatre compris.<\/p><h3 id=\"ember64\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Lorsque nous disons \u201e ce n\u2019est pas ce que je voulais dire \u201d, il s\u2019agit rarement que d\u2019une incompr\u00e9hension s\u00e9mantique.<\/h3><p id=\"ember65\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Parfois, c\u2019est le regret de voir l\u2019effet de ses propres paroles. D\u2019autres fois, c\u2019est la crainte de perdre l\u2019approbation de l\u2019autre. Parfois, c\u2019est une justification. D\u2019autres fois, c\u2019est une tentative subtile de reprendre le contr\u00f4le du sens d\u2019une conversation qui s\u2019est orient\u00e9e dans une direction que nous n\u2019avions pas anticip\u00e9e.<\/p><h3 id=\"ember66\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Des choses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divulgu\u00e9es \u00e0 propos de nous que nous n\u2019avions pas l\u2019intention de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler.<\/h3><p id=\"ember67\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Une blessure. Une col\u00e8re. Une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9. Une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de validation, une peur que nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre m\u00eame envers nous-m\u00eames. Il devient ainsi difficile de prendre en charge aussi bien la partie de nous qui a engendr\u00e9 ces sentiments que celle qui les a v\u00e9cus.<\/p><p id=\"ember68\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">La mani\u00e8re dont nous jugeons refl\u00e8te quelque chose de nos propres luttes. La mani\u00e8re dont nous soutiendons refl\u00e8te quelque chose de notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 nous soutenir les uns les autres. Et la mani\u00e8re dont nous blessons refl\u00e8te parfois les endroits o\u00f9 nous souffrons encore.<\/p><hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\" \/><p id=\"ember69\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>Il y avait de la peur ?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember70\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>C\u2019\u00e9tait la honte ?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember71\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>Il y avait-il un besoin de contr\u00f4le ?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember72\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>C\u2019\u00e9tait la volont\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre vus ?<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember73\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em>Il y avait-il un besoin de prot\u00e9ger quelque chose de fragile ?<\/em><\/p><hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\" \/><p id=\"ember74\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Les mots ne nous trahissent pas.
