J\u2019avais l\u2019impression <em>\u201e l\u2019effort \u201d<\/em> Alors que je me sentais perdu ou confus. Il m'a fallu encore trois ans d'hyper intensit\u00e9 pour y arriver compl\u00e8tement. <em>\u201c Pourquoi \u201d et \u2018 Les limites \u2019<\/em> en un mod\u00e8le coh\u00e9rent :<\/p><p id=\"ember2211\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi n\u2019est rarement la performance. La clart\u00e9 l\u2019est.<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"ember2212\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Nous ne nous battons pas parce que nous manquons d\u2019ambition, de connaissances ou de capacit\u00e9s. Nous nous battons lorsque la clart\u00e9 interne devient fragment\u00e9e, lorsque les d\u00e9cisions, les \u00e9motions et la motivation ne s\u2019orientent plus dans la m\u00eame direction.<\/p><p id=\"ember2213\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Des environnements difficiles, des p\u00e9riodes de transition, de la pression ou une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation mettent en \u00e9vidence le moment id\u00e9al pour avoir des conversations personnelles plus intenses, parfois plus inconfortables. <em>\u2018 maintenant \u2019<\/em>.<\/p><p id=\"ember2214\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Avec chaque \u2018<\/strong><strong><em>Maintenant<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u2019Nous embrassons, nous red\u00e9finissons les voies vers le succ\u00e8s personnel, nous red\u00e9finissons \u2018 nous \u2019.<\/strong><\/p><p id=\"ember2215\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Les identit\u00e9s sont cens\u00e9es \u00e9voluer et changer. Nous vivons dans un syst\u00e8me qui refl\u00e8te nos valeurs, les personnes que nous rencontrons et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de la vie. Il s\u2019agit de faire face honn\u00eatement \u00e0 l\u2019effort constant pour continuer \u00e0 fonctionner \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, alors que quelque chose en nous demande un r\u00e9alignement.<\/p><p id=\"ember2216\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Je trouve tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant d\u2019int\u00e9grer la r\u00e9flexion psychologique, la pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience organisationnelle v\u00e9cue afin de trouver des ressources internes pour rebondir. Il faut se concentrer sur la compr\u00e9hension de la fa\u00e7on dont on pense, d\u00e9cide, r\u00e9agit et se comporte \u2013 surtout sous pression.<\/p><p id=\"ember2217\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er l\u2019espace n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de la clart\u00e9, patiemment et avec plus de confiance.<\/p><h2 id=\"ember2218\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui motive vos d\u00e9cisions en ce moment ?<\/h2><h2 id=\"ember2219\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">Quels motifs se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent dans vos choix ou vos relations ?<\/h2><h2 id=\"ember2220\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">O\u00f9 perds-tu de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou de la direction ?<\/h2><h2 id=\"ember2221\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui demande d\u2019\u00eatre align\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur ?<\/h2><p id=\"ember2222\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Il ne s\u2019agit pas de r\u00e9parer les choses. L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de changer pour le changement. transform\u00e9 en une pr\u00e9occupation constante visant \u00e0 comprendre comment nous fonctionnons en tant qu\u2019\u00eatres humains, \u00e0 comprendre plus profond\u00e9ment comment nous prenons
