They are simplified instruments to mirror our valuable abilities and feed our deepest fears. Society needs norms, companies need structure, so whole system is built on how to define<strong> \u201eHow should you be as a Person or behave in Relationships\u201d<\/strong>. Easy access to Technology from a very young age, automation up to the most common processes, go subtly into \u201ereasoning\u201d our thoughts. Awareness and Authenticity are distancing from each other.<\/p><p id=\"ember667\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"ember668\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">How much insecurity is behind the impatience to have the latest phone, the latest trend or name on a property. Not all this is wrong, only my question is&#8230; <strong>&#8222;Where are we hurrying to?&#8221;<\/strong>Is speed an authentic choice or a subtle idea in the frivolity of being human. To what extent do we know the shadow of our own criticism and need for comparison.<\/p><p id=\"ember669\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"ember670\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We tend to privilege hedonistic desire, comparison or comfort zone \u201eindecisions\u201d. And It is somehow Right, as being Human means also to feel Frustration when you can\u2019t, to feel Pain when you lose, to feel Disappointed when you feel hurt.<\/p><p id=\"ember672\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Empower analytical skills, awareness and authenticity. <strong>Expose, Relate and Adapt! <\/strong>After all, you only Own Yourself, that is Life&#8217;s most precious gift.<\/p><p id=\"ember673\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"ember674\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">One way to approach it is through group discussion with other &#8222;Human Peers&#8221; to relate to though their own Truths and Experiences, going deeper into:<\/p><p id=\"ember676\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>How does Time relate to Personal Growth?<\/strong> Do we get wiser as we age? Do we have a &#8222;cap&#8221; or we can grow developmentally as we age? Can we turn mid-life crisis to a mid life calling for personal reinvention?<\/p><p id=\"ember677\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>In our quest to grow, what is the Battle inside our Minds?<\/strong>On the one hand to keep safe, on the other to adapt and evolve? How do we embrace experimentation? How do we stretch into our growth zone?\u00a0What are the conditions to thrive not just survive?<\/p><p id=\"ember678\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Why Emotional Resilience is key?<\/strong> How do we turn stress or difficulty to antifragile strength? Limiting beliefs to curiosity? Doubt to possibility?\u00a0From victim to creator?<\/p><p id=\"ember680\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Let&#8217;s try to build more bridges and certainly more often, in understanding abstract control over concept learning and experiencing life.<\/p><p id=\"ember681\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">In the end, beyond each process and decisions, one
