It is a continuous process of adjustment, between:<\/p><p id=\"ember2525\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em> internal reality<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember2526\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em> external expectations<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember2527\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em> emotional truth<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember2528\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><em> and lived responsibility<\/em><\/p><p id=\"ember2529\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>These rarely move at the same speed.<\/strong><\/p><h2 id=\"ember2530\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">So misalignment is not failure. It is information.<\/h2><p id=\"ember2531\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">It shows where something inside is asking to be seen again, re-evaluated, or reorganized.<\/p><p id=\"ember2532\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Sometimes it is direction that needs refinement. Sometimes it is identity that needs updating. Sometimes it is simply fatigue that has been interpreted as confusion.<\/p><p id=\"ember2533\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The work is not to force alignment.<\/p><p id=\"ember2534\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The work is to create enough internal space for it to re-emerge naturally.<\/p><p id=\"ember2535\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">That is why slowing down is not the opposite of progress.
