"I am..."

"I feel..."

Although they may seem similar, these statements express profoundly different perspectives. When we say “I am…”, we turn a temporary state into a limiting definition of ourselves. In contrast, “I feel…” reflects the ability to recognize and become aware of an emotion without being absorbed by it.

Life constantly invites us to learn, adapt, and find our balance. Sometimes through success, other times through difficult moments which, over time, become sources of understanding and growth. This form of inner attention allows us to look clearly at what is happening within us, to accept experiences as they are, and through this acceptance, to let them transform. In this space of awareness, true change often begins.

Learn to listen to yourself and understand yourself.

I don’t believe it is a coincidence that you are here. Receive these words with openness, as they may be one of those “seemingly accidental” encounters that resonate with something within you.

Many things can be studied, explained, and built… yet we also need to know how to return to the feeling of being held, understood, and guided. Through my own experiences of relationships, transformation, and personal redefinition—across different roles and stages—the woman, mother, and professional I am today have taken shape. Things became clearer when I understood how deeply our inner world is connected to the choices we make.

Transform what no longer serves you.

Take the first step.

Sometimes, the most important change begins with the courage to simply ask:

"Which part of me brought me here and why now?"
