Anger

Anger does not ask you to fight. It asks you to see.

Most often, anger arises when boundaries are crossed, when unspoken expectations remain unmet or when we stay in situations that no longer represent who we are. in the face of the other's helplessness. We only see from that space in which we want the other to be different.

Anger is not a “problematic” emotion, but a valuable signal about our relationship with ourselves and with others. Beyond its intensity, anger carries information about boundaries, needs, expectations, and the places where something within us is no longer aligned with the reality we are living.

When we fail to pause and understand the true meaning of anger, when we fail to consider our own part in the dynamic, we end up exerting a force that inevitably causes the relationship to fall into a pattern of opposition and reaction, in which each person’s wounds run deeper.

If after an explosion of anger, we choose not to shut down but to We repair, We are creating a space of Trust for clarity and understanding.

Anger thus becomes a point of inner recalibration. It brings us back to ourselves and invites us to reposition—not by controlling the other, but through personal responsibility.

Transformation doesn’t happen when we manage to „control” our anger, but when we begin to understand what it reveals about ourselves and our choices. Anger isn’t asking you to fight. It’s asking you to see.
