Being safe is not the same as feeling safe.
You can be safe, yet still feel limited, conditioned, and fearful. To feel safe means power, hope, and freedom. It means being able to receive whatever comes toward you and learning to navigate new waters, with new people… on new paths. It means “I can and I feel protected, guided.” It means “I feel unconditionally loved and I am never alone,” even if I cannot see it right now. It means having the courage to keep walking, knowing that by moving closer I will see more clearly, and by “staying a little longer” I will understand more deeply.
It is not always easy. We carry with us the fragilities of a life of experiences. Yet when you choose to look, all you need is the certainty that you want to “be well.” To have the patience to look at yourself and to believe you deserve to feel this way. To accept that life does not need to be refused, and experiences do not need to be buried or forgotten. The person you were then is no longer who you are now. Back then, you did not know. Now you want to know—to look deeper, to release what has kept you afraid for so long.
When you choose to receive life, you learn to be better. When you feel you cannot go on, you can ask for a “pause” to breathe and recharge. You can take a break from pain, anger, or disappointment… You are well, and you will be well with what you transform, attract, and rebuild. This is the path from Awareness to Alignment with your Present self.
